'Questions are a burden' is just an assortment of Questions. What's more there's not an answer in sight. Perhaps the question is more insightful than the answer? Why have we done this? Maybe to set you thinking.
2. Why is the showing of remorse a consideration when fixing
sentence for a guilty verdict?

Portmeirion for shooting THE PRISONER. How might a holiday camp

Did they all approve the system and fail to dismantle it?
