Anecdote Index

(14) by Sue Curtis

My dad, Fred Curtis, was a salesman, then sales supervisor for Lyons Bakery at the Tottenham depot (Northumberland Park) from some time in the '50s until about '72 - '73 when the depot closed (or at least the Bakery side did), the department moved to Greenford, and he took redundancy. He then became a postman, retired in the mid 80s, and died in 1991.

Fred Curtis is the fourth from the left in the back row. If anyone can add names to any of the others and tell us what the occasion is, we'd be pleased to hear. Thought to be taken in the early 60's.
