The Trade Card Images list below do not represent all the cards issued by J. Lyons & Co and its subsidiaries (including overseas subsidiaries). Likewise the backs and fronts shown together do not represent the same card number. They are only shown together for illustrative purposes and to indicate the different backs. Many of the sets were issued by different trading companies within the Lyons Group and although the fronts were the same the backs usually carried the trading company name. For example the set titled:- Beautiful Butterflies, were issued by Lyons Maid, Mister Softee and Tonibell. The cards listed come from the collection of Peter Bird. |
