Payment Default

A customer is notified by email when their garment is completed. The email will remind you to send the remaining 50% of the cost by PayPal before we mail it. If we don't receive your payment within 14 days from the email, we will assume a default and dispose of your garment. No refund of deposit is given.

Dissatisfaction

Customers who are dissatisfied by ill fitting items may return garments at their cost and subject to measurement checks, if found to be our error, will be eligible for a refund and our apology. Any signs of unnatural shrinkage will automatically nullify this.
